I'm not a germ freak. However, it is important to keep their children clean. Cleaning and the disease goes hand and hand. Now there is no 100% way to eliminate the disease altogether. However, it is possible to build a healthy immune system, so the disease is minimal. So let's start with the maintenance of healthy interior.

* Put your child in a good multi-vitamin. Shopping at a grocery or health online.It is very important not to buy something at a drugstore or department store. I will not mention any names, but you know I'm going with this. The over the counter vitamins are simply not very good. My son is in a liquid Nature Plus multi-vitamin children. Food concentrates. It's vegetarian and hypoallergenic. We started this when my son turned one and was no longer taking formula. The difference is incredible! My son never got sick. I really noticed the difference.
